Key Job Responsibilities
- Build intelligent, personalized voice-first experiences for vehicles.
- Develop secure, scalable, maintainable, and extensible software while performing peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in hiring and mentor engineers to improve technical and professional skills.
- Drive operational excellence by improving services, reducing risks, maintaining pipeline freshness, and achieving operational goals.
- Own development dashboards, monitoring, and operational metrics.
- Design scalable systems using High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) while conducting design reviews.
- Leverage GenAI tools, AI Agents, and MCP servers to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
A Day in the Life
Work on experiences ranging from Amazon Kids on Alexa Echo Show devices to Prime Video streaming. Collaborate closely with Product Management to enhance the Web Player experience, build SDKs supporting accessibility and playback features, and integrate analytics solutions to continuously optimize video performance.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting scalable and reliable software systems.
- Experience programming with at least one modern programming language.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build systems, testing, and production operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- Hands-on experience using and integrating GenAI tools, AI Agents, and MCP servers.
